Real estate sites commonly works the same way. Clean grids, standard parcel layouts, and uniform property sections rule the roost.
For Hetra things were a little different.
The whole idea for the design was driven by the nature of Rome a place where past and present coexist seamlessly.
This was what has influenced a hybrid custom real estate web design which brought together a vintage looking design teamed with modern user experience principles.
Unique design facets, visual details and focal points gave the site a more personalised feel than your average.
My final output is a live version of Hetra Real Estate's responsive website, this has a more visually unique style, represents the character of the brand company more naturally, and increases Hetra's digital presence within an intense property market.
