Project Manager

- Give estimation, define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives
- Be responsible for undertaking execution plans, work-routing and prioritizing to ensure consistent utilization of resources and optimal level of productivity.
- Liaises between external stakeholders and development team throughout the project lifecycle to maintain synergy.
- Responsible for key technical and service decisions.
- The candidate should be hands-on in coding and testing.
- Work closely with the technical managers and clients and help them in getting relevant inputs from the technical team.
- Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Verifies website & application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented as per SoW and technical needs.
- Should have good knowledge of IT languages and frameworks like PHP, Magento, Laravel, WordPress etc.
- Maintaining good coding quality practices like saving the work on GitHub, BitBucket, Proper commenting of code etc.
- Aware with all type of popular PMS Tools, Extensions to take leverage of Technologies.
- Good understanding of SERVER handling.
- Help to Sales team on new project inquiry closing.
- Should have experience in leading team and client management.
- Fluency in communication in English is must both written and verbal.
- Proactive and quick executor.
- Must be self-driven with the ability to manage workload without direct supervision
- Solid action personality to make things improved & better.
- Plus point if having ITIL or ITSM certifications and PMP certifications
